Description:

Cognium is inviting experienced wealth management practitioners from DIFC- and ADGM-regulated firms to join us as a Practitioner in Residence (PIR). This role enables practitioners to contribute real-world portfolio and relationship management expertise to the development of a next-generation WealthTech platform, while also helping us understand market adoption and client needs.

The engagement is flexible and may be structured as part-time, contract, or full-time. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide practitioner insight into portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance reporting
• Share best practices in client onboarding, relationship management, and servicing HNW/UHNW clients
• Test product workflows and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams 
• Validate features against DIFC / ADGM regulatory and operational realities
• Offer market insight into advisor, firm, and client needs, including identifying use cases and potential early adopters
• Where appropriate, facilitate introductions or referrals to firms or practitioners who may benefit from the platform

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently working or recently worked at a DIFC or ADGM wealth / asset management firm
• Experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, or relationship management
• Strong understanding of regulatory, suitability, and client lifecycle requirements
• Well-connected within the DIFC / ADGM wealth management ecosystem
• Interest in technology-enabled wealth management and product collaboration
