We are seeking a high-caliber PR & Communications Lead to spearhead media strategy and campaign excellence for our tier-one clients. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a master of English and Arabic media relations, an exceptional journalistic pen, and the strategic foresight to elevate the agency’s PR function.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Architecture
- End-to-End Ownership: Develop comprehensive PR blueprints from inception, defining Tier-1 media targets, messaging pillars, and rollout phases.
- Business Alignment: Ensure all PR activities directly support client business objectives, from market positioning to institutional credibility.
- Agile Optimization: Continuously refine strategies based on real-time media sentiment and campaign performance data.
2. Elite Media Relations
- Network Management: Cultivate and leverage high-level relationships with editors, columnists, and business reporters across the Middle East and beyond.
- High-Stakes Outreach: Personally lead outreach for exclusive features, high-profile interviews, and executive commentary.
- Crisis & Reputation: Manage sensitive media inquiries and prepare comprehensive briefings/talking points for client spokespeople.
3. Editorial Excellence
- Journalistic Rigor: Draft and oversee the production of press releases, Op-Eds, executive statements, and crisis communications to a global journalistic standard.
- Framework Development: Build robust messaging frameworks that maintain brand voice across all touchpoints.
4. Campaign Execution & Client Leadership
- Orchestration: Lead complex launch plans, including embargo strategies, media exclusives, and high-level event invitations.
- Client Advisory: Act as the primary PR consultant in client meetings, advising on reputation positioning, media readiness, and spokesperson training.
- Reporting: Deliver sophisticated monthly reports focusing on Coverage Quality, Sentiment, and Share of Voice (SOV).
5. Departmental Growth
- Process Engineering: Establish agency-wide PR templates, quality standards, and internal workflows.
- Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and media intuition.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of proven success in PR, Corporate Communications, or Journalism.
- Government Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of government protocols and public sector communication nuances.
- Regional Network: Strong, active relationships with English and Arabic media outlets in the UAE and GCC.
- Bilingual Mastery: Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to switch between corporate and journalistic tones.
