Dorsch Holding is looking for an experienced Pre-Contracts Quantity Surveyor to join our team! If you have a strong background in major infrastructure projects, this could be your next big opportunity.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering
✅ 10+ years of Pre-Contracts QS experience (UAE)
✅ Expertise in BOQ, cost estimation & tendering
✅ Proficiency in CCS Candy, CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel
✅ Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts & procurement
🎯 Preferred: MRICS certification & experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Tendering & Procurement Support: Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
Cost Planning & Feasibility Analysis: Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
