Description:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support the preparation of bids and proposals, manage project costing, and deliver accurate BOQs/quotes in line with client specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring our pricing strategy is competitive, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pricing and coordination activities for bids and proposals.
- Review project documentation and client specifications.
- Develop accurate BOQs and pricing proposals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – business development, project managers, and finance.
- Prepare proposal documents, risk assessments, and negotiate competitive rates.
- Research and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for best pricing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Identify areas for pricing process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience in pricing, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality.
- Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in PDF editing tools.
- Knowledge of BOQs and Interior Design Specifications is essential.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
