Primary Teacher

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and student-focused Cover Arabic A Primary Teacher to join our team immediately to cover a maternity leave. The successful applicant will be based in Dubai and must hold a family sponsorship visa. This role involves teaching Arabic to primary-age children while maintaining the school’s standards for learning, behaviour and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons that align with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Maintain classroom routines and good behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, keeping accurate records and preparing short reports as required.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners at different levels and provide appropriate support.
• Liaise with colleagues and the leadership team to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers when required and support school events or meetings related to the class.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be resident in Dubai with a family sponsorship visa.
• Able to start immediately to cover the maternity period.
• Relevant teaching qualification or diploma; primary teaching experience is desirable.
• Strong classroom management, planning and communication skills.
• Passion for working with young learners and supporting their overall development.
