Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement? We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Process purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
• Track and monitor deliveries, resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records, including invoices and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/EEE or Diploma in Industrial Automation.
• Experience in procurement or a similar role.(1-2 yrs Experience)
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000 per month
