Description:
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and contracting activities within the real estate, engineering or hospitality sector and must possess a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in negotiation, and a proven track record of procurement management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
- Lead contract negotiation and management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various procurement activities, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, and supply agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance.
- Evaluate potential vendors and conduct supplier assessments.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within luxury hotels, high-end real estate or similar industries.
