Procurement Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of materials and services, supplier management, risk mitigation, and ensuring procurement aligns with the company's goals for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage and optimize the procurement of materials, equipment, and services across projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to make informed procurement decisions.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices in procurement activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics to forecast needs and drive continuous improvement.

• Utilize procurement software and ERP systems to track, manage, and report purchasing data for informed decision-making.

• Prepare procurement performance reports and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Strong background in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in procurement tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred.
