Exciting Opportunity Alert – Procurement Manager- FMCG – Dubai

Our client a leading name in the food manufacturing industry are looking to bring on board a procurement manager to join their team in Dubai.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead direct procurement of raw materials and ingredients across multiple SKUs
• Collaborate closely with the NPD (New Product Development) team to source new ingredients and support innovation.
• Manage procurement of volatile commodities, including price hedging and contract negotiation.
• Build strong vendor relationships and ensure optimal cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA, finance, and supply chain teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in food/FMCG manufacturing setup
• Expertise in managing a wide SKU portfolio and complex ingredient sourcing
• Solid understanding of commodity markets and hedging practices
• Demonstrated experience working with NPD teams
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
