Description:

Ebonite Decor LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join their expanding team in the interior fit-out industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about procurement, vendor management, and ensuring project materials and timelines are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating with suppliers
• Oversee the timely delivery of materials and track project inventory
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal project teams
• Ensure procurement processes align with project requirements and timelines
• Support project management by anticipating material needs and avoiding delays

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience, specifically in the interior fit-out industry
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and project timelines effectively
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
