Product Design Lead

We're seeking a visionary Product Design Lead with a proven track record of crafting exceptional user experiences and a deep passion for web3. Join us at the ground level, working within a "startup within a startup," to pioneer something truly innovative and bring it to market. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping both our company and the ever-evolving web3 landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Leading multiple dynamic projects, collaborating with the team across all stages of product development—from initial needs assessment to roadmapping, design, and implementation.
• Mentoring and coaching fellow product designers to unlock the full potential of our design team.
• Actively contributing to the design of seamless end-to-end user experiences, simplifying complex technical aspects for users.
• Establishing and nurturing a robust design process for the team, including maintaining a comprehensive design system and playing a key role in product strategy.
• Advocating for users and promoting human-centric design thinking in cross-functional meetings.
• Leveraging insights from user interviews, usability tests, and other research to drive data-informed design decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 8+ years of product design experience, encompassing both B2C and B2B environments.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch and beyond.
• Proficiency in designing native mobile products.
• Demonstrated experience in web3/crypto.
