Our leading fintech provider client is looking for Product Development Officer The position would be ideal for someone who is able to show a track record of success in managing and working with people, completing projects, and creating and sustaining relationships. This necessitates a thorough awareness of the market and product offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and updating a documentation database for the product
- Keeping clients informed about new services and offerings
- Creating internal and client-facing documentation such as videos, demos, and guided tours
- Communicating with clients, seeking new business opportunities, and gathering feedback
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting client expectations as needed
- Identifying new business ideas and services, and collaborating with management on unique selling points
- Having a thorough understanding of the product and client's setup
- Creating detailed video documentation and descriptions of services
- Establishing and documenting the sales and onboarding processes for the product.
Expectations & Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional written English communication and grammar skills
- Experience working with a team of technology professionals and understanding system configurations
- A professional and adaptable attitude toward interacting with clients and colleagues
- The ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
