Description:
We are partnering with a leading global payment platform to recruit a Product Manager to drive payment product initiatives in key Middle East markets. This role will be instrumental in shaping local product strategy, building partnerships, and delivering end-to-end payment solutions that align with global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payment product lifecycle in the Middle East region, working closely with financial institutions, payment processors, and channel partners to integrate and optimize payment solutions.
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, and account teams to define product requirements, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches.
- Serve as the key liaison between local markets and global stakeholders, ensuring regional needs are met while maintaining alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Develop and execute localized product strategies in coordination with country management and cross-functional teams.
- Lead customer pitch development, including value proposition design, business case development, and storyline creation.
- Identify merchant pain points and emerging use cases to inform product roadmap and acquiring strategies.
- Support post-launch activities and marketing campaigns, incorporating feedback into product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management or risk control experience within banking, card issuing, or payment services.
- Deep understanding of payment products such as payment gateways, PTSP, online payments, digital wallets, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Knowledge of global payment methods including card schemes, e-wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods.
- Strong project and relationship management skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives across geographies and cultures.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior management in an international setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is a strong advantage.
