We are seeking a Product & Niche Hunting Specialist with a sharp eye for untapped opportunities in the ecommerce space—specifically within the UAE market. This remote-based role requires an expert in dropshipping, retail & online arbitrage, Amazon product research, and Shopify niche discovery. The ideal candidate is data-driven, trend-aware, and experienced in identifying high-potential, profitable products across various business models.
You will be instrumental in feeding our marketplace pipeline with winning product ideas and verified suppliers that meet strict sourcing, profitability, and market demand criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Product & Niche Hunting
- Conduct deep research on UAE-based ecommerce trends across Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and Shopify verticals.
- Identify at least high-potential niches per month, each with validated products.
- Utilize advanced tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and AliExpress data to identify trending and evergreen products.
- Analyze consumer behavior, seasonality, and competitive data to ensure product sustainability.
🛒 Sourcing Strategy
- Conduct thorough supplier research (local & international) to find the most reliable and cost-effective options for each product.
- Verify supplier authenticity and sourcing conditions for dropshipping, wholesale, and private label models.
- Order samples to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
💰 Profitability & Price Targets
- Ensure each selected product maintains a good net profit margin and meets the company’s pricing strategy.
- Target premium segments where applicable while maintaining mass-market viability.
📈 Market Model Expertise
- Apply best practices in dropshipping, retail arbitrage, and online arbitrage.
- Recommend platform-specific product selections and strategies for Amazon FBA/FBM, Shopify DTC, and Noon listings.
- Advise on non-seasonal products with long-term scalability and low return risk.
🗂️ Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain clear documentation of all product and niche research in Google Drive.
- Update progress and task reports daily using provided tracking templates.
- Work closely with listing and content teams to hand over verified products for launch.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Amazon product research, dropshipping, or Shopify niche hunting (3–5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC eCommerce landscape and consumer buying trends.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Keepa, SellerApp, Jungle Scout, and DSers.
- Analytical mindset with attention to profitability, trends, and product sustainability.
- Experience in both retail and online arbitrage is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and self-management skills.
