Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Production Incharge to oversee joinery operations in our Interior Decoration company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing high-end finishes and leading a team of 150-200 people.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in joinery factory management
• Proven track record of handling high-end finishes and joinery works
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of 150-200 people

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations
• Ensure high-quality finishes and joinery works
• Manage and train team members
• Meet production deadlines and targets
