Skills and Qualities:

Bachelor's degree

2 years Experience in UAE

Leadership and managerial skills.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Technical knowledge of the production processes involved.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Communication skills for coordinating with various teams.

Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.

Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
