Production Manager

Description:

On behalf of our HNWI client, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the complete product development and production lifecycle for luxury Ready-to-Wear and Couture collections.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage luxury material sourcing, procurement and vendor relationships
• Oversee production planning, inventory, BOMs and ERP workflows
• Coordinate printing, embroidery, cutting, assembly and final delivery
• Maintain strict quality standards across all production stages
• Track production costs, timelines and operational KPIs

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in luxury apparel, high-end womenswear or DTC fashion
• Strong knowledge of luxury fabrics, garment construction, printing and embroidery
• Experience with fashion ERP/PLM systems and advanced Excel
• Proven expertise in inventory control, sourcing and vendor management
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering or a related field
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
