Production Supervisor

Taaza Healthy Food Industries LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join its growing operations team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations within the manufacturing facility

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality standards

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene requirements

• Support quality control procedures and operational excellence initiatives

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource utilization

• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner

• Promote a safe and productive working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or food production industry

• Sound knowledge of fresh produce manufacturing and production processes

• Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage production teams and maintain operational efficiency
