Program Director

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and management of our financial literacy programs. The Program Director will play a crucial role in shaping our educational initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience, and driving the overall success of our mission.

Qualifications:

Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is desirable. Professional certifications related to financial education or program management is a prerequisite (CFA,CPA,FMVA,CAIA,CFP)

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services, education, or non-profit sector
• Proven track record of developing and managing educational programs
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
