Project Management And Operations Role

Description:

This is a role for a highly organised and experienced project manager at Mokka Design Limited in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves the day to day running of projects, overseeing project coordination activities, managing procurement processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role is suited to someone who is flexible, self-motivated, and methodical; a natural problem solver who has an extremely acute eye for detail and loves managing the delivery and implementation stages of Interior Design with accuracy.

Co-ordinate and oversee project documentation such as schedules, specifications and design intent

packages are being produced to a high quality.

Working closely with the senior team on the organisation of key deliverables .

Conduct site visits and liaise with trades, managing information provided by suppliers and subcontractors.

Put together costings and budgets with financial understanding.

Lead the procurement process.

Manage project programmes under the direction of the directors, with assistance from Mid Weight & Junior Designers, ensuring a seamless project delivery.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Highly commercial and cost focussed

They must be extremely organised with excellent time keeping skills and work well under pressure.

Produce a detailed programme of purchasing priorities with the design team prior to FF&E ordering to ascertain timeline, budget & deadlines.

Must have knowledge of auto cad and able to measure off plan

The candidate must have experience of dealing with site issues and coordination of both IA and FF&E

Proficient in Estimate software and Microsoft Office, with a good understanding of the procurement process and able to work collaboratively with the interior design team.

Coordinate key deliveries to site during installation and produce a schedule for all parties involved.

Must have experience

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience or delivering turnkey Luxury residential projects within the UAE
