Project Management Intern

Description:

Malin Advisory is a RevOps and AI Readiness consultancy helping B2B companies fix the systems behind their revenue engine: CRM data, GTM operations, and AI-readiness diagnostics. We work directly with founders and revenue leaders, including active engagements like building and scaling outbound demand-generation systems for Enterprise clients.

We're bringing on a Project Management Intern to help keep client engagements organized, on schedule, and clearly documented as we grow. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to real consulting work, not busywork. You'll sit close to how a lean, high-accountability consultancy actually runs.

What you'll do:

• Track deliverables, timelines, and open action items across active client engagements
• Maintain project trackers and status documentation (Notion/Asana/similar) so nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups between the founder, clients, and contractors
• Help structure recurring client status updates and internal progress reports
• Support the rollout of new internal initiatives, including Malin's AI Readiness Audit product
• Flag risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early, before they become client-facing problems

What you'll bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational instincts: you default to writing things down and following up, not just remembering
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfort working independently in a remote, async-first environment
• Genuine interest in consulting, RevOps, GTM, or startup operations

Nice to have (not required):

• Prior exposure to project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, ClickUp)
• Coursework or interest in B2B SaaS, sales operations, or management consulting
• Familiarity with client-services or agency environments
