Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Familiar Field : Road/Earthwork/Infrastructure
- Project Management Certificate is preferable
- Extensive experience in high profile project
- Lead and Direct the Project operations and Implementing of Project management tools and techniques
- Manage the Project teams and delegate the Team assignment
- Manage the Communication between various stake holders in the project.
- Plan , Manage and Control project Cost
- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Maintain the Project Plan
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant codes and Authorities requirements
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers relationships
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between Client , Consultant and Subcontractors
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
