Project Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of media and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing and media landscape, including digital, broadcast, print, branding, and events.

 

The Project Manager will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and team coordination to ensure flawless project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated media and marketing campaigns from inception to delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scopes of work.
  • Define deliverables, set milestones, and manage dependencies.
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
  • Act as the central liaison between internal teams including creative, media, digital, content, production, and account management.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed, aligned, and accountable for project milestones.
  • Facilitate regular internal check-ins and status updates.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability and resource efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with account teams to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in client meetings by presenting timelines, updates, and status reports.
  • Ensure that client feedback is captured, documented, and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential risks or roadblocks early and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet internal and client standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, reports, change logs, and approval records.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on project performance and resource utilization.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a media, advertising, or integrated marketing environment.
  • Solid understanding of full-spectrum media and marketing including digital, TV, radio, print, social, and experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
