Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects with a focus on Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
• Ensure DMS solutions are aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status reporting, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software/IT industry.
• Mandatory experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) – implementation, integration, or customization.
• Strong understanding of business processes within automotive or dealership networks is a plus.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
