Project Manager

Are you a technically strong Project Manager with hands-on experience in exhibitions, events, and large-scale fabrication builds?

We’re looking for a professional who thrives in fast-paced production environments — someone who can manage projects end-to-end, from technical drawings to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and precision at every step.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the entire project lifecycle — from design coordination to site execution and dismantling.

✅ Review and validate technical drawings, ensuring accuracy in materials, load capacity, and finishes.

✅ Supervise production schedules across carpentry, metal, painting, rigging, AV, and graphics divisions.

✅ Plan installation phases efficiently to avoid clashes between trades.

✅ Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure build quality and HSE compliance.

✅ Conduct daily site inspections, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery.

✅ Collaborate closely with design, production, and client teams to meet approved standards.

✅ Manage budgets, material usage, and timelines — reducing rework and waste.

✅ Maintain daily site reports and photographic documentation.

✅ Ensure site readiness with manpower, materials, tools, and permits in place.

Experience & Requirements

🎯 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or fabrication project management.

🎯 Strong technical knowledge of materials, structures, and construction methods.

🎯 UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

🎯 Proven experience managing vendors, rigging teams, AV suppliers, and print houses.

🎯 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

🎯 Willingness to travel across GCC/MENA for projects.

🎯 Arabic-speaking preferred (not mandatory).

🎯 Flexibility to work extended hours during setup and handover phases.
