Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction and MEP projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and supervision.
- Lead coordination between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review and approve project drawings, material submittals, and variation orders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Prepare and present progress and financial reports to management.
- Oversee manpower allocation and material procurement to meet project timelines.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the UAE within construction or MEP projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Primavera / MS Project).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
