Project Manager

Description:

Plan, execute and manage fit-out projects from start to completion within timeline and budget.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare project schedules, material submittals, work progress reports, and handover documentation.

Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety standards, and company procedures.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical/site issues, and ensure timely completion of works.

Monitor project costs, manage procurement, and control resources efficiently.

Ensure effective communication and client satisfaction throughout the project duration.

*Requirements:*

Proven experience (3–5 years) in fit-out project management

Driving License is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of fit-out standards, materials, and execution methods.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
