Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing engineering, fabrication, logistics, and site erection, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates must be based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multiple steel fabrication & erection projects end-to-end
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineers along with workshop and site teams
• Review project drawings, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality and HSE compliance
• Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, and report updates to management
• Maintain strong client relationships and address project requirements proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in steel fabrication & erection projects within the Middle East
• Previous UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong leadership, project management, and client-handling skills
• Must be currently available in the UAE
