Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Project Manager – Architecture / Fit-Out. The role involves taking ownership of projects, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The position requires leadership skills and suits someone who is practical, proactive, and comfortable managing projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from design coordination through construction and handover
- Coordinate architectural, MEP, and specialist consultants
- Act as main point of contact with clients, landlords, authorities, and contractors
- Review and manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and inspections
- Monitor program, quality, and site progress
- Conduct regular site visits, issue reports, and close out actions
- Support tender processes and contractor coordination where required
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10+ years experience in project management, architecture, or fit-out projects
- Proven experience delivering projects in the UAE or GCC (essential)
- Strong understanding of local authority approvals, landlord requirements, and site processes
- Solid project management skills: planning, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Experience coordinating inspections and quality control on site
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools is an advantage
- Retail or luxury brand experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Arabic language skills are an advantage, not mandatory
