Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex civil and architectural projects across multiple stakeholders. This role plays a key part within our Project Management Office (PMO) and may require regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from concept through completion
- Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance structures
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve project issues proactively
- Provide PMO-level reporting, controls, and performance updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Significant years of experience managing large-scale construction or development projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and controls
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid passport with the ability to travel to the UAE, KSA, and other countries on short notice without requiring advance visa applications.
