Project Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and expediting processes, managing project schedules and resources, conducting inspections, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires proactive problem-solving and adherence to project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring skills
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and attention to detail
• Competence in Logistics Management for seamless project coordination
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in luxury design or related industries is a plus
