Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through final handover
• Support & Prepare if required, BOQ's, estimation, budgeting, procurement, and vendor sourcing processes
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE compliance
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent and authority regulations
• Lead site teams and maintain seamless communication between design and execution teams, including manpower management.
• Prepare project programs, progress reports, purchase orders, and all related documentation
• Manage project variations and ensure efficient project close-out

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out industry (UAE experience essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Experience delivering premium commercial, workplace, or hospitality interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
• Strong understanding of local authority approvals, site practices, and fit-out regulations in Dubai
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently based and employed in Dubai, UAE
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
