Project Manager – Aluminum/Glass/Wood Pergolas & Outdoor Structures
Eco Smart Line | Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

Eco Smart Line specializes in premium custom aluminum pergolas, wooden pergolas, glass structures, outdoor shades, facades, and sustainable designs for luxury residential, villa, and commercial projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle: from tender/planning to installation, handover, and client satisfaction for pergola/outdoor structures.
Create project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk strategies tailored to aluminum/glass/wood installations.
Coordinate with estimation, design, production, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless execution.
Monitor progress, control costs/variations, ensure compliance with Dubai codes, DEWA, and safety standards.
Conduct site visits, resolve issues, prepare reports/meetings/documentation.
Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and support future business development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's in civil/mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related.
3–5 years hands-on PM experience in UAE/GCC, with proven specialization in aluminum, glass, and wood pergolas / outdoor structures / facades (full lifecycle: planning to handover). → Strictly niche experts only — general construction PMs without this specific background will not be considered.
Deep knowledge of UAE/Dubai codes, DEWA, suppliers, and market practices in aluminum/glass/wood fabrication/installation.
Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD (review), advanced Excel.
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, communication; manage teams & deadlines.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent highly advantageous.
Valid UAE driving license required.
