Project Manager

Description:

Wall Technology L.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee façade and aluminium projects across various locations in the UAE. This position is suited for professionals who excel in site-based roles and have a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects from initial planning through to final handover.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project execution from planning stage to final delivery on-site

• Coordinate effectively with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors

• Ensure all project activities are carried out efficiently and completed within deadlines

• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years’ hands-on experience in façade and aluminium project environments (mandatory)

• Educational background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong leadership capabilities with proven site management experience

• Prior work experience in the UAE construction sector is highly preferred

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead diverse teams effectively

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
