What You’ll Be Doing
- Test both your technical project management skills and your people skills
- Oversee the critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions connected to the project.
- Responsible for all activity related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution and project control.
- As you demonstrate your ability, so there will be the opportunity to oversee projects of progressive scale and complexity.
- Should you want, there will also be the opportunity handle international and even global projects, with durations ranging from days to years.
What You’ll Need
- Project Management, expert level (project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, practice interviews, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations)
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualification in Project Management
- Evidence of experience as a Project manager principles, methodologies and tools.
- 7-10 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining industries.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivates cross-functional teams.
- Sound financial-acumen and experience managing project budgets.
- Flexible to travel and work on different project sites based on project requirements.
