Project Manager

Description:

A well-established interior fit-out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the complete delivery of commercial and retail fit-out projects. The role involves managing projects from initial planning and procurement stages through to final site handover, ensuring high-quality execution within budget and timelines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors while ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with authority requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and site management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects including planning, execution, and delivery

• Oversee multiple live projects including scheduling, BOQ tracking, and cost control

• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and joinery production units

• Handle authority approvals such as DDA, Trakhees, and DEWA

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management

• Supervise site operations and resolve on-site technical issues

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site execution processes

• Experience in commercial, retail, or office fit-out projects

• Valid UAE driving license required

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of:

• Fit-out project planning and execution

• BOQ preparation and cost control

• Authority approvals and compliance processes

• Site supervision and subcontractor management
