Project Manager

Description:

This role requires someone who can confidently manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, timeline, and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee assigned projects from planning to final delivery

• Manage client coordination and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Develop project schedules and ensure smooth execution on-site and in production

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, procurement, and installation teams

• Monitor woodworks production quality, materials, and project specifications

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to approved standards

• Identify risks, solve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in Project Management within Events, Exhibitions, Kiosks, Fit-Out, or Production industries

✔ Strong technical understanding of woodworks fabrication and production processes

✔ Experience managing exhibition stands, event structures, kiosks, and custom build projects

✔ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strong scheduling, planning, and execution capabilities

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✔ Leadership skills with attention to detail and quality control

✔ Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and production workflows is an advantage
