Project Manager

Al Rifai UAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Store Projects & Maintenance to manage and oversee all store development projects and maintenance activities across the UAE. The role requires a professional who can coordinate with mall management, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, approvals, permits, technical requirements, and maintenance activities while ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates with retail, commercial, or store project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store projects and maintenance activities for Al Rifai locations across the UAE.

• Coordinate with mall management for project approvals, maintenance works, and required permits.

• Ensure all projects are delivered within approved timelines, scope, and budget.

• Review and interpret technical and construction drawings.

• Manage maintenance-related jobs and ensure completion within agreed timelines and cost expectations.

• Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management and store maintenance.

• Experience in retail or commercial project environments is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 

Colleges& Universities

• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.

• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • AutoCAD, Adobe applications, and 3D Max.

    • Interior design drawings and technical documentation.

    • Project management software and maintenance coordination.
