Project Manager

Description:

Shaily UAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a fully automated manufacturing facility in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle, from construction and equipment installation through commissioning and final handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and aligns with operational objectives. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the construction and installation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of the manufacturing facility construction project.

• Oversee civil, structural, MEP, and fit-out activities to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead the planning and installation of industrial utilities, including chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, compressed air, and process cooling systems.

• Coordinate the installation of injection moulding machines and automated production lines.

• Manage consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers while ensuring project milestones are achieved.

• Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and site progress, resolving issues proactively.

• Lead testing, commissioning, and facility handover before production begins.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least one complete factory or industrial plant construction project.

• Strong technical expertise in MEP systems and industrial utility infrastructure.

• Experience with machinery installation, automation systems, or injection moulding facilities is highly desirable.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
