Project Manager

Description:

What You’ll Do, but not limited to:

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables, from enquiry to delivery and close-out.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Continuous communication and liaison with Clients, operations and laboratory departments, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely submission of deliverables and Client satisfaction.
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Collate, track and present project KPIs to maintain cost and contractual control at all times.
Establish Project Governance Structure
Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning
Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
Reuse Project Learning and Knowledge
Maximize Strategic & Billable Resource Utilization
Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication
Proposal creation

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor Degree in project management or any related field
Experience working in a IT project management environment
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
English skills both written and spoken
Arabic language is a plus
Knowledge of Website (Microsoft .NET and PHP technology) and Mobile Application (Android and IOS) is mandatory
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management
