Responsibilities

• Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Ensure monitoring of subcontractor works and ensuring they deliver on time
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Prepare and ensure proper stakeholder management plan monitoring and control
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Proper coordination and documentation for invoicing to financial department
• Cashflow monitoring and management of the project
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Be well versed with all programming tools/applications for management of project used in organisation
• Client interactions and ensuring approvals on documentations
• RFQ management with all Vendors related to the Project
• Prepare any mitigation/contigency plans to the satisfaction of client whenever necessary, analyzing the project PnL, Cash flow etc
• ISO procedure compliance with regards to all documentation and processes
• Managing and monitoring a complete Master plan of all projects within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering
• Must have at least 3 years of Project Manager experience in industrial automation
• UAE Driving license is preferable
