The ideal candidate should have expertise in road and utilities infrastructure, master planning, land developments, detailed designs, tendering, and IFCs. Full familiarity with stakeholder requirements and the design NOC process for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates is essential.
Candidates should have extensive experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams, taking business initiatives, and demonstrating strong business acumen. They should be adept at conducting technical reviews, knowledge of interface designs, project lifecycle, project phasing, efficiently delivering design projects that meet client requirements, managing various project stakeholders, and ensuring overall project targets are met for CDM Smith UAE operations.
