Project Officer

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Officer for Joinery works, you will be responsible for managing the joinery projects from start to end. You will monitor the projects' progress, report to the senior joinery project managers and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the production team and craftsmen to ensure that all site requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural or Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Joinery, Fit-Out, and Interior projects as Project Officer or Coordinator
• Awareness of methods, materials, tools, and techniques of high-quality carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, stakeholders, and joinery production team
• Proficient in Project management tools and software
• Familiarity with Joinery drawings and specifications
• Ability to lead and coordinate both the External and Internal Joinery Projects
• Ability to manage client expectations and provide solutions to meet their needs
