Project / Site Architect

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Architect to join our team in Dubai for high-rise building projects. The role requires strong site supervision expertise, design coordination skills, and the ability to ensure seamless execution from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead on-site architectural works, ensuring compliance with design, codes, and specifications
✔ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Review and approve drawings, submittals, and materials
✔ Conduct site inspections and prepare related reports
✔ Provide technical expertise and support smooth project handover

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
📌 10+ years’ experience (minimum 5 years in UAE with a consulting firm)
📌 Strong technical knowledge of interior details, codes & authority regulations
📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office
📌 Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
📌 UAE experience mandatory | Immediate or 1-month joiners preferred
