- Conduct market research and property evaluations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Negotiate property deals and ensure legal compliance in all transactions.

- Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate or sales.

- Fluency in multiple languages (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages preferred).

- Must be based in Dubai.

- Willing to work on a commission-based structure.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
