Property Consultant

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant Sales and Leasing on COMMISSION BASIS at Emerald Estates AE. The Property Consultant will be responsible for conducting property consultations with potential buyers or renters, maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, preparing contracts and leases, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Property Consultant will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing expert advice on the Dubai property market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and qualify potential buyers and tenants
• Show properties to clients and answer their questions
• Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients
• Prepare and manage contracts
• Close sales and leasing transactions
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
• Experience in sales and leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
