Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying/selling/renting process
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai market experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.)
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
