In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, visually engaging, and accurate proposals for events, exhibitions, and activations. Collaborating closely with our creative, strategy, and client servicing teams, you will ensure that each proposal aligns with client expectations and showcases our company's capabilities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Develop and design high-quality proposals and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Collaborate with internal teams to understand client briefs and translate them into effective proposals.

Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and client requirements.

Manage the proposal process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely submissions.

Assist in the creation of budgets and timelines for proposed events and exhibitions.

Maintain a repository of proposal templates and materials for future use.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into proposals.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in preparing proposals for events or marketing agencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong layout design and formatting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into effective proposals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
