Bin Ham Group is actively seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its dedicated team in Al Ain, UAE within the Travel & Tourism sector. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who excels in managing government-related procedures, visa formalities, and legal documentation. The role is vital in ensuring smooth and compliant interactions with various UAE government bodies, making it an integral part of the company’s operational backbone.

As a PRO, you will be the primary liaison between the company and official entities including MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other governmental departments. Your expertise will directly influence the speed and accuracy with which employees and operations align with legal and procedural standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all visa-related procedures including employment visas, visit visas, cancellations, and renewals with precision and timeliness.

• Manage the complete documentation process for Emirates ID, labor contracts, and work permits.

• Serve as the company’s official representative in all dealings with government authorities.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies while maintaining professional relationships with various departments.

• Keep accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all employee-related legal documents.

• Represent the company in legal matters and ensure all licensing and documentation is completed as per UAE standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE, preferably within the Travel & Tourism industry.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa application procedures, and government portals such as MOHRE.

• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 5000 to 6000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
