We are urgently seeking a Travel Coordinator!

Work Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Responsible for managing full-cycle group flight mobilization and demobilization processes for various projects, including educational and Oil & Gas offshore deployments in the UAE.
• Coordinate flights, hotel bookings, ground transport, and visa documentation to meet project schedules and client requirements.
• Skilled in GDS platforms (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) and corporate TMC B2B and B2C booking tools.
• Experienced in vendor negotiations and RFP processes for airline and travel services.
• Proficient in visa and international travel documentation requirements
